*Intuition - Breathing Properly

I was watching the Netflix series “The Lincoln Lawyer” and I nodded off for a minute. At the exact second I nodded off I saw an image in my head of Lungs Spine and Pelvis. It was random, as had nothing to do with the show I was watching. I took note and started to do a bit of research. I was curious as to what the lungs and pelvis could have in common. I knew it was a breadcrumb I had to follow.

Well, the door was opened and led somewhere I was not expecting. I ended up looking at a post on breathing which talked about 360 degree breathing and its effect on the pelvic floor. Now I thought my pelvic floor issues were just related to child birth and age but perhaps not. I have to be careful even walking near a toilet as it’s kind of like there is an automatic release valve operated magnetically based on my vicinity to a loo.

Now it seems my issues may be related to not breathing correctly. I then found a YouTube clip which talked about the same thing, but also discussed connective tissue, a direct quote being: “favourable changes in the connective tissue behaviour to decrease stiffness and that’s also going to help us preserve shoulder and hip range of motion….” Wow, my hips are so tight as well… and we all know what is going on with my lung connective tissue.

So I’m now going to consciously be aware of my breathing as often as I can.
