*Progress - On 12th March, 2021

As with the graph above, it is not always smooth sailing to get to any goal. I have had a very slight reduction in lung function. Less than 1% but still disappointing. Regardless, I’m still looking to the future. Two steps forwards, one step back, but overall, still looking forward to a bright healthy future.
