I’ll be brief:

  • Lungs - pretty damn good. No further tests but feeling better every day.

  • Hands - no change really.

  • Oesophagus - Meh… about the same.

  • Thyroid - Fuck off!!! What the Fuck are you doing playing up now, you have been behaving so well.

  • Weight - Um…. well…. we have been in lockdown and my thyroid is playing up. Being over 93kg has nothing to do with eating donuts then!
